Our Customer Care group includes take charge individuals who are focused on providing your transferees with the assistance they need throughout the relocation process.  These include specialized individuals on our Corporate Watch Team.

Corporate Relocation Process

Good & Fair’ expectations of its service providers are clearly defined in our Corporate Relocation Process.  We have developed this process to have better service and communication performance within our organization.  Consistency and discipline in our approach is mandatory.  This process focuses on the duties and responsibilities of each service provider within the Good & Fair organization.  

Full commitment by van line staff, drivers and agent personnel is required on each and every shipment.  We have implemented monthly and quarterly assessments, including Internet reporting to ensure these commitments are upheld.
